Just letting other folks know what is out there

can someone tell me where to buy this

So my replacement side panel showed up today. Not only is it warped just like the one I have, it is also bent - sort of creased in 2 separate places. The box is all beat to hell. Not very well packaged. These panels seem to warp if you look at them wrong. They would have to be really well packed to make it through shipping undamaged. So now I have a replacement panel that is just as bad as the one I have, and it has shipping damage on top of that.

The joy begins. I will post this on the service ticket and wait for the run to start. I have this feeling I am going to learn to live with a warped side panel...

I submitted a ticket at Corsair about my warped solid side panel on 7/7/16, and uploaded a PDF of the sales receipt. I got a response back on 7/12/16 from a Brian T apologizing for the delayed response and asking for photos of the warped side panel. I wrote back and said that I did not understand why I had to send photos and that I was not sure if the damage would show up in a photo of a black panel. I also mentioned that you had kindly responded to me on this forum and acknowledged that there was an issue with the side panels of the 780T warping. I kind of let it fall to the wayside as I was still in the build and modify process so the side panel was not installed anyway. On 7/22/16, I uploaded photos of the side panel installed on the frame. If I push it so it does not pop out on the front, it pops out in the back. If I push that side in, it pops out in the front. It is so warped that the panel won't stay on unless I hold onto it. I sent 4 photos. Since then I have heard nothing. It took 4 days to get the first response. Now its been 4 days since I posted the photos.

Since I am now done digging in the guts every night, I would like to get the replacement side panel so I can button the thing up. The Corsair ticket number is #6796069. Is it possible you could check into the status of my request to have this warped panel replaced? The window panel is also slightly out but I think I can live with that. I have not had it mounted due to working inside all the time so I will try putting that panel on and see how bad it is but I would like to get the replacement solid side sent to me ASAP. Can you help me out with this? I will post the pics here if you want.

Many thanks !

Just purchased the MSI 1070 SeaHawk. Can you tell me what fittings I need for the loop? XSPC dark chrome would be ideal to match my other fittings

Fitting Size
7/16" x 5/8"

With some research and images I found I need 2 plugs. Is this something that would come with the card? Do I get the G1/4' Plug?

Hey guys, just upgraded my system to the 780t from the s340. My temps in the s340 were unacceptable and I always liked the look of this case. I only have one gripe, the front window door is a bit crooked and scrapes the top left side. I actually have to kinda force it closed and it sounds like I'm grinding the panel. Anyway, here are some pics, I will eventually put everything under water.

yes 1/4 is standard. the 1/4 is the tread side. Yes the 1070's seems to be a great deal. I plan to run (2) 1070's. I use the XSPC black chrome fittings for the hard tubing, never had any issues. The triple seal works great.

@SpeedyIV Sorry to hear that man. I've already sent an email to our customer service and have advised them about your replacement panel. They will get another replacement sent out right away.

So how do I go about requesting a new window panel? I thought I could live with the crooked look but it is scraping my case and sorta hard to pop into place every time I open and close it.
