You can submit an RMA request at Corsair.force.com and describe the issue with your side panel. Once your request has been approved, our customer service will send you a replacement. Just make to provide them an invoice or some kind of proof of purchase.

Hello guys,

I have a question for you, i just bought a new corsair 780t and it came all in good condition, the side panel with the plastic window was sealed but when i look it through a window i see the plastic it's completely grated. Do you think this is normal?

I am not sure if I quite understand what you mean by "grated". Would you please post a photo if at all possible? smile.gif

Thank you.

Yes of course, that's what i got:

I'm not sure if it's a defect door or just it's how the plastic is made. Thank you!

Similar, mine isn't THAT bad, but it was bad enough for me to notice it when i got it out the box.
Mine is about 6 months old, aside from the greasy fingermarks i have just put all over it it is still pretty much exactly the same from when new.
Is it the way they fit the side windows? Along with this, anyone know anyone that makes custom tempered glass versions?

Hello, i want to update my case and my CPU cooler i want to buy Corsair 780T and for CPU cooler i want h115i Extreme Performance ( for what i understand is the latest) but i don t know if is the best cooler can you recomand me other cooler ? also i want to intall 3 120 mm NOCTUA NF-P12 as intake in front and one NF-P14 in back as exhaust the reason why i chose them is because i already have those fans,i want also to replace the stock h115i fans with Noctua NF-A14 industrialPPC-2000 they are a good choice ? Please advice me, Thank you !
I personally don't go AIO but I guess the 115 is a decent cooler. Swifttech also makes all in ones and their pumps on their AIOs are good. How much money do you have. XSPC also has watercooling kits that you just buy and build.
Hey, about 120-150 $, but the fans i want to install on the 780T are good ? also the case have good airflow?
