[Build Log] - Toys for Boys (Phase 2) - Page 3

Your 5930K @ 4,2 Ghz with 1,1 volts is 75C, my 3930K @ 4,6 Ghz with 1,44 volts is 70C ... wow, no Haswell-E for me then.

I hope you have more than one 240 radiator for that CPU? I would used at least a 360, if not a 480 just for the CPU.

Nice pictures and nice build anyways, but too hot for me.

Thanks for the compliments biggrin.gif

I've got a 360 and a 240 SR1 in the loop, but I think I've just got a bad chip.
You can check out JayzTwoCent's results. I believe those are the temps we should be expecting from the Haswell-E.

Local store has received new stocks of 5960X.
Exchange + top-up has been agreed.
Tonight is the last night of the 5930K.

Quick poll!
There's 3 5960X's for me to choose from.
Which do I pick? Top? Middle? or Bottom?
Vote in the poll!

-In other news-
I got my Audinst MX-2 back from the RMA!
Love how it has the flip switch for speakers and headphones thumb.gif
And btw, this is my first picture shot in RAW.
