I am pleasantly surprised how much I am enjoying this mouse. Yes I got a faulty left click but it only happens if I click at a certain spot. This mouse has probably the best right and left clicks out of any mouse ever in my opinion. My grip is a hybrid between fingertip and Palm. My favourite shape previously was the fk1 but this mouse might be my new fav.

I can palm grip it easily and comfortably as well as fingertip grip it. It glides very easily. The narrowing front really helps with fingertip style I find.

I am reserving final judgement until I get my replacement and have gamed it thoroughly. The mouse feels great when I play CSGO.

Any pics on how u hold ur mice ?

Here's how I hold mine, and how I hold my g100s for comparison. Sorry about the poor picture quality and framing, I never realised how hard it was to operate a phone camera with only my off hand biggrin.gif

My hands are very small, roughly 7" from wrist to tip of middle finger.

Well, here's how I hold mine. Might add more whenever I get around doing a full review.

I hold my mouse similarly to both TheGMT and Ino but a little closer to the former.

I also have smaller than average hands. I will try to take pics when I have time later.

Is this mouse gonna be accurate at 640 DPI for RTS (sc2) ? Ive read it has trouble at lower DPI ?
What! You guys don't have diamond shaped hands?

I was thinking of buying this mouse because of the main buttons' design, the sensor implementation and the toned down design. However, the dimensions would not work for me unless the shape was designed very well. Apparently the shape of the mouse looks to be more for someone that uses the tips of their fingers to control the mouse. The dimensions and shape will not work for my very relaxed grip that focuses on making as much contact with the mouse as possible. Also the scroll wheel being so far back would not work for scrolling with my middle finger while my index finger is on mouse 1. Unless I hold the mouse with the least amount of contact points, it appears it will not work for me at all. So I don't even feel like taking the risk of buying to try.

What sucks about the G302 introduction is the likelihood that Logitech is done making new shapes for someone like me. I don't see them making a better version of the G100 because it looks like the G302 is supposed to be that. Which means I am stuck using my Zowie AM-FG until I buy a (used) G502 and an Intellimouse, then put the 3366 into the shell of the Intellimouse.

Yes. I've had 0 issues with 800 dpi anyway.

Got my G302 today.

My thoughts: I think this is a great MOBA/RTS mouse (as advertised...). It's crazy accurate/efficient just desktop managing. I think it's too awkward to use with a low sens when you constantly have to pick it up or do real quick swipes in FPS.

Just my 2 cents from using it for a few hours playing CS:GO and some LoL.

EDIT - The switches doe.... awesome job Logitech.

Anyone know if the G502 feels that good (switch wise)?

I doubt it does because the G302 uses separate a button piece that has springs to remove the pre travel and bounce.
