I personally use displayfusion. I'll get a screenshot for you.
I've got mine set up so on each monitor only the things that are open are there. I.E you can see that I've got a photo open on the left monitor, so it only appears on the left taskbar. The same goes for everything else, including steam and word documents in this case.
DisplayFusion also does a lot of other things to do with dual monitors/etc. It's free for the trial version which lets you do what I've done with the taskbars as far as I remember, I actually got it on sale on steam a while back for like $15 or so.
Do note that the stuff in the top right corner isn't actually displayfusion, that's rainmeter.Edited by Matt-Matt - 9/21/14 at 1:43am
