i use g502 and i love it everything with my 120hz and this beast i feel i can do whatever i want what you guys say about fk1? should i upgrade it to fk1? thanks
i really don't know where you are getting these values from, but it is probably the omron vs huano thing. for myself, i am not getting different results with the Fk1, Fk 2013, Sensei RAW, g402 or laptop trackpad (sic)..... please don't take something for granted what isn't

What those tests don't include is that even the slightest disturbance of focus can add 50ms+ and above to your reaction-time even if you think you still focus on the screen ... so yea unless you're at the reactiontime and consistency of a space-traveller - which most pro-gamers probably even aren't it probably won't make that much of a difference if the overall delay isn't to huge but just adds a tip on the iceberg. Humans aren't technically perfect by design to begin with is what some tend to forget.
i know that and i do reaction tests daily with different mice and with about 200-300 tests for each of my 3 mice i currently have (FK1, FK13, G402) i can say, that all 3 mice perform pretty much the same. i can't see a better trend with the g402 then with the Fk1 or fk13. im allways getting between 160 and 210 ms depending on my focus, but it usally is about 187ms for EVERY mouse i useOriginally Posted by justyourimage

The latency has been confirmed by different sources. I'm not telling anyone to never buy a Zowie mouse, just keeping those informed that might not be.Originally Posted by treav0r

I actually much prefer Huanos because they prevent misclicks a lot more. I still tend to ADS in/out by accident at times on the Avior even, which has harder clicks for being an Omron-equipped mouse. On the FK I have that is never an issue. Omrons work better for most people and especially those who aren't playing FPS, but once I got used to the FK's clicks it was awesome, way better than Omrons. FK1 is still on the horizon as something I'll purchase at some point.
The correct comparison would be having 2 similar cars although 1 of them has more HP and a higher weight, the other one has better aerodynamics and a lower weight but lower HP.
My stats always go through the roof first few games with the Avior 7000... but after a while I get signs of "grip" fatigue quicker ---> indication shape isn't all to perfect for my grip.Originally Posted by metal571
The very first thing people forget on this forum it seems is "if it improves your gameplay, just use it." Sometimes we all have to step back and ignore technical details when our in-game stats are through the roof after changing to a particular new mouse, especially if it is "flawed"
Incorrect. If two people have similar reaction time and both click a similar hitscan weapon at the same time, then the ONLY thing that matters is there systems lag and latency. Adding a full frame of delay on top of everything else could very well be the difference between a kill or being instagibbed.Originally Posted by duhizy
Furthermore, people act like 15 ms more is a huge deal, we cant even comprehend such a small difference in time. There is no situation where you are going to be out shot by someone because you both clicked at exactly the same time and they won because their mouse reacted faster, either you click first or u die, nothing else to it. I do, however, see a possibility where your buttons are harder to press and it makes u click slower, most people get used to the buttons and are able to erase that difference completely. In the end, it comes down to whether you can get used to huanos, some people just can't, find out if you're one of those people.
I do believe human factor are more important. The thing is today's game design are using crappy office keyboard/mouse as base line to develop. Games like WoT, LoL are more about strategy/tactical decision than pin point mouse movement or one frame faster advantage. Even CS it's usually more about fight in your term than enemy's. Unless you are one who go for top tier performance. chances are those advantages are minimal.Originally Posted by Puck
People argue over WAY smaller latency values then 15ms. That is HUGE. That is just about a full frame of delayed action at 60fps.
Add in monitor latency, ping to server, and client response and in a quick draw scenario like turning a sharp corner into someone else you can click of a shot but be dead before you fire if they have significantly lower overall latency.
