I wouldn't doubt it - right now, with Chrome open I'm averaging 382k (at least on most core 17's), but 400k+ PPD with Linux wouldn't be hard at all. And on the plus side, by then I'll hopefully be watercooled too ^_^

I think my peak so far was 407k or so, and I had it boosting to jist above 1600... I tend to rin it around 1500MHz boost now though, since we've had to keep the heat on due to "negative winter" temperatures outside

They're sexy, shiney, purdy.... And pack quite the ppd punch ^-^ I'm slightly worried about part of my plans though - seriously considering dual 980 kingpins... But we'll see, because by then big Maxwell better be out *laughs*

Either way, at least one (but probably two ao I can BOINC as well) 980 will be going into the dedicated folding rig, and two of whatever into my gaming rig...

My last (3) 970's have shipped. I'll be up and running within the next 2 months. I know it seems long, but I have a kidney to sell for my CPU's. My rig is planned mostly for GPU Rendering but I won't be rendering all the time. Is there a limit on # of cards in a rig you can fold with? I can look it up but I just ate so feeling lazy, burp :D

Work in progress, Future Rig. 7 Strix 970's GPU Renderer. I'll be running 2/3/2 Watercooling bridge across the top of the cards. 4 cards sitting there now. missing the ones in the middle. Cannot wait to fire her up.
