Issue with Lamptron FC5V2

Hey all,

I already contacted Lamptron support but it's been 5 days now and I haven't heard anything back so figure I'd try my luck here.....

I purchased an FC5V2 about a week or so ago and finally got around to getting it all set up.

Installation went fine/was easy.

I'm using 8 fans, 2 on each channel on the fan controller. To do this, I'm using y splitter cables for each channel to hook up 2 fans.

Everything appears to be hooked up correctly (powered via. 4 pin power supply, no jumper in either celsius/farenheit mode, as I want voltage readings) and the unit powers on, however I'm getting an issue where the RPM/Voltage readings jump around (along with the fan speeds) and I'm not sure what's causing it. I turned off all the fan control in my motherboard but still not working.

I uploaded a YouTube video to illustrate the issue I am having: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xhiRJCReTR4 (Warning: Sorry, camera isn't that steady)

Here are my computer specs:

Asus Maximus VII Hero motherboard
I7-4790K CPU
16GB's G.SKILL Trident X 2400
Phanteks Primo Enthoo (Nothing is hooked up to the provided PWM PCB on the back of the case)
Corsair SP120 High Performance Edition fans on channels 1, 2 and 4. (2 per channel)
Phaneteks F140SPs on channel 2.

I'm using these splitters.

But yeah, I'm stumped. Any help/support would be greatly appreciated!

cut off one of the yellow wire on the splitter.
it sends two rpm signal from the fans, which eventually confusing the readout
