Yep, Asrock UEFI is buggy... It's not really a "hidden" menu, rather some options that are hidden that don't apply to your chip, and some of the settings are relevant and not organized into menu's but rather a tree-list of settings and menu's overlapping each other etc.. iirc. I don't remember the key combo, if there really was one. It happened more than once for me while running on v190, but after reflasing v190 several times the issue resolved itself but not always. Though I've not experienced the "hidden" options displaying after updating to v210.
I believe the problem is due to the awful graphics and simulated lighting and shadows causing the issues and eating up the rom rather than saving it for configurations etc. I'd rather see very low memory flat color scheme (ie: asus) for the eprom than some fantasy land crap, which is more of a distraction than anything.
