I've also decided to give it a shot in my secondary rig.

I'm running 2 gpu's AMD+Nvidia with a triple screen setup and it has been smooth sailing so far...a natural evolution from Windows 8/8.1 smile.gif

very pleased with it so far.smile.gif
I had issues doing a Win7 upgrade (think it was an issue with Ralink wifi driver on my Z77E-itx)
Win 10 from USB installed and runs like "butta"

installed and running at 4.5GHz

good to know - I was afraid I was having another "senior moment". smile.gif
I did see some posts where users got the upgrade to work on 7 by disabling their wifi device in bios.

oh that's interesting - but yeah I did a full clean like you as I though; "if this is broken, even after a re-install of drivers...what else could be?"

I'm confused as to why anybody would even consider an upgrade install o.O

Seriously...?

Simply because you don't have to re-install everything!

I got the new build on my PC installed, I was able to convert the .ESD to an .ISO and do a clean install ( I hate upgrades)

I am loving it all so far, the only issue I see so far is double profile photos when the PC logs in.
