My error, it works with Chrome, Firefox, Opera, every browser I try it in under linux, I only thought to test it with Chrome under Windows. Sorry

Firefox does have this addon
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/print-pages-to-pdf/

For IE, just use it to download Chrome or Firefox. That is all IE is good for anyway:rolleyes:
or use this http://www.primopdf.com

both seem to work pretty well

Indeed, I also saw the option on the ole' Linux machine and thought it was universal. Silly me, but no harm done.

When it comes to PDF converting process, I have another question, I wonder have you ever tried to convert pdf to other image files before? As for myself, I am testing the related PDF to PNG converting , PDF to BMP converting , and PDF to JPG converting programs these days. Do you have experience about it? Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Use GIMP. you can load the PDF file into GIMP, and export it as different file. This is what I do, some scientific program can save output in pdf format, which means vector. Then I use GIMP to convert PDF to image format that I need. Not to mention you can also edit it before converting it. You know, removing those unnecessary spaces.
