Mine is running now at around 73% PL with the last bios I edited while at 1550/8000@1.25v (in Heaven). Thank you for your reply! It was very helpful. If I just increase the max power limit, then it throttles at 110% no matter what it is set to in software. If I increase the 100% tdp values, then it will throttle at 100% no matter what you set it to in software. Looks like I just have to make the 100% tdp much higher and increase the PSU rails.
EDIT: Can you please post your BIOS so I can test it out on mine? Thank you.
EDIT2: Also, can I set the 100% tdp to something that is greater than 300W? I was still getting throttling when I used 1.312 V
