pretty much same result. i have not played any games with this yet. maybe tomorrow but with the 7950, i saw what op was talking about in BF4. i'll experiment with this driver as well using Win10.

I updated the benchmarks because I re-ran them all with the exception of 3DMark, and ousted Valley completely because it didn't even load my 2nd GPU on the WHQL (only realised when pouring through the data).
And the 2nd pass gave me more accurate results, so I'm a happy camper now. biggrin.gif

Update. I used this driver to play BF4 MP64 yesterday using crossfire 290s and played fine and experienced no issues. Also tried C3 MP. Same deal - no issues. Prior to those games i tried PS2 the day before and that, too, have no issues. First time to crossfire after over a year.

So the difference is well within the margin of error. Enjoy your snake oil.

Well the driver tweaks are apparently made to improve image quality, so measuring the performance impact doesn't reflect the intent of the driver.
It was still fun to do though. biggrin.gif

I haven't had any issues with the XG drivers so far either, they're pretty much identical to the WHQL drivers on my end.

EDITED

I couldn't get to first base with this driver :-(
ccc would not run and it changed my resolution to 800x 600 with greyed out controls on my desktop so I couldn't change it.
Had to reimage my system.
I run 2x7990 at 7680x1440 on z87 at 4.8.
I am getting texture flicker and was hoping this driver might solve it alas :-(.

I used DDU to uninstall the previous driver which was 14.7

14.9 and 14.9.1 I had issues with audio.

14.7 actually works really well but for the texture flicker in battlefield 4 it comes and goes but mostly comes ! its nothing to do with temps or underclocking or overclocking I have tried all that.

I think this modded driver has issues with the very hi res im using.

That's an odd reaction from an install, even from a modded driver.
I'm assuming you thoroughly cleaned up the previous driver version with something like DDU? I'm just wondering if it could be caused by a driver conflict.

Yep, totally weird.

Personally, i always use DDU + CCleaner after changing drivers.

I do the same thing. For me it installs find but CCC won't run at all. 14.9.1 runs perfect though.
