I would suggest the H220X or now the H240X over x61 any day. I have used both and there is no comparison in the quality it is rather disappointing that they are the same price.

Though as others have suggested I would check where the noise is coming from, the x61 I put in my friends rig is louder than my NH-D14 by a pretty big margin. I am waiting on my h220x to be RMAd as it had a faulty fitting, Swiftech has done a fantastic job solving this issue
