Suggestion for budget gaming monitor for friend

Thread Starter
Need suggestions for a budget type monitor that will be used primarily for gaming on a system running a GTX650. Max budget is about $200 and my buddy lives near a Microcentre.

I"m thinking: ASUS 24" VX2452mh

May as well get a Samsung PLS monitor in that price range.

Motion performance is only slightly worse in practice than on a 60 Hz TN, but with a GTX 650 the computer probably wouldn't even be pushing a new frame every refresh anyway. And picture quality would be a lot better.

Tell your friend to save an extra 100$ and get a Korean 1440p monitor. So worth it!
