I have attached a diagram below of what airflow will look like inside my current build.

Legend

Red Box = Radiator
Blue Box = Fan

I went with this because it seemed popular but what I am starting to think, as I am installing radiators and fans, is that am I just blowing all the cool air the radiators give off directly out of my Compuer Case instead of blowing it over components inside the case. Thank you for any help in advance!

well if the GPU and CPU are watercooled, there is no need for the air to blow over the components.

Could I get by with just the CPU being cooled?

If just the cpu is being cooled, your gpu will be fine too. The GPUs fan will suck in the cool air even if its not dirctly over it. No worries, and of course if you watecool your gpu, temps will never be a problem. Its up to you of course with what you need.
