Asus MAXIMUS IV EXTREME

Thread Starter
Just bought a Asus MAXIMUS IV EXTREME to replace a older Motherboard.

Have everything hooked up have my 24 pin power and 8 pin power.

When i have both 24 pin and 8 pin hooked up everything starts and turns off then trys again heres a video i found. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NthKmhzTYbg&feature=you...

But i tried something and unplugged my 8 pin and my computer starts up and stays that way. Only problem is my FXS R7950 is showing no display. I dont know if thats becuase of my 8 pin not being plugged in or not. I have a 750 Watt PSU it held my last PC just fine. Only the motherboard is differnt.

Is LN2 mode turned on?

If it is turn it off. I had similar issues before and had to RMA them.

Also remove the CMOS battery for about 10 mins and see if that helps.
