[Microcenter] ASRockZ77 Extreme4 drops down to only $79 when i5-3570K is added to cart

Poking around, I added it to my cart to see what various configurations would cost and when I added the CPU to my cart, it dropped the price of the motherboard down to $79.

Is this a steal for $79 do you think?

The board is worth about $65 used so that a good new price, I had it, it worked fine and got the job done.

All in all its not a bad budget build start.
