I've got a basic Zotac GTX 970 installed in my machine and I'm getting a graphical glitch when I turn on the monitor.

Here is a video of it: http://youtu.be/e0jXLdD-BnY

It just seems to happen for a few minutes after I turn on the monitor. I haven't seen it do it for games (windowed or fullscreen). My old video card, 7850, didn't do this although when I messed around with fan settings and the temp got over 85 degrees it would do something vaguely similar but that was when loaded with a game.

Any thoughts on what could be causing something like this? Hardware, drivers, bad cable, or the monitor?

Computer Specs:
Windows 8.1
Zevroid 30" 2560x1600
i5-3570K
Gigabyte Sniper M3 motherboard
beQuiet Power Supply - 12V max 384W, 3V + 5V max 120W
8GB Samsung RAM

I've fiddled with the Zotac overclocking utility just a little bit but this issue occurs at the stock settings and if settings are adjusted a bit.

I Posted in the Zotac 970 thread and had only had one reply stating it might be a video card memory issue. I figured I'd start a new thread to get a little more input.
