just make a separate partition with your User folder backed up. then on the new profile copy the user folder in the new install so that it combines with the new user folder. Your profile name needs to be the same for it to work.
This will have all your settings , pictures, documents but it wont have your games or programs those will need to be installed again.
you could do a image back up and restore from it that would include everything but imo it takes to long.Edited by Wirerat - 10/19/14 at 5:56pm
