IME 3.0 FPS/Hz

so I've got an old 6400 FPS IME 3.0 with a solid mousewheel fix

I plan to sell it to a friend and get a 9000 FPS model

how much better is the X80+ (?), 9000 FPS model over the old version, and should I clock it to 500 or 1000 Hz? a lot of people say 500 is best

or will zowie release an EC3 eVo with the 3310 coming up to christmas? anything in the IME shape that isn't a deathadder and has a proper sensor would be grand

I can't tell the difference performance wise between 6400 and 9000 fps. Other than that, the 9000 fps IE 3.0 has a cheaper feeling to it but comes with teflon feet instead of the old plastic ones. Stick with 500hz, it's more stable than 1000hz.

BTW, the Steelseries Rival is a similar shape to the IE 3.0 and has a 3310 sensor.

I wouldent say Rival have similar shape at all.
DA is more similar, and so is EC1

Isn't the IME 3.0 X80 the 9000 FPS MLT04?

The Rival has a similar front to the IE 3.0, but it has a huge ass. Like, girl you are now embarrassed about dating 15 years ago, huge...

It does, but other then that, DA and EC1 is more similar if u ask me.
Huge ass is trendy now biggrin.gif
Well atleast you would think so with the latest songs from certain artists lol

I have three IE 3.0 /x06 6000fps/ /x08 6000fps/ /x80 9000fps/ OFC x80 9kfps feels better than 6kfps, and ofc 500hz not more.
I had the SS Rival and after IE 3.0 I was uncomfortable, it. and yes but it has a huge ass. did not like the side mouse buttons, hard pressed primary side switch. + Has been backlash. sensor too much smoothing. fk1 In this sense, much better!
I quickly got rid of RIval
p.s I want to give a chance to Asus ROG Gladius

might have to take the plunge and get an FK1 redface.gif

two of my team mates have a rival and love it, going to hold out a while for zowie to make my dream mouse though

I always ran my IME at 500Hz, just wondering if there's a difference with the 9000 FPS model, I'm sure it'll tie me over until something comes along
