Some quick questions that will help with answers.

Is this a new build,

Are there airpockets in the system.

Also is the humming from vibrating against something.

I would assume a video of the sound would help tremendously. thumb.gif

Its alot like this only much louder in person (i can hear it in the next room when mounted in my case. Considered wrapping the pump
itself in bubble wrap and putting it back in the res until i figured it would dissentigrate in my loop.
I dont believe its air because it happens when i have a hose running from inlet to outlet and theres no air bubbles that i can see

Damn. I didn't even run my 750 pump. Just bypassed it and ran a pmp450. That's because all the horror stories I read about. :/

Id love to remove the pump and place it on a neoprene pad inside my case only the inlet isnt threaded like the outlet :/

A d5 is in my future but that could be in Febuary during tax time. Just trying to get by with what I got now

I should also state im not having any issues with temps at all, its just extemely annoying. The noise does go away when prime95ing and the water warms up

I hear that. Maybe get a cheap flow meter with rpm signal. Set min speed warning on your bios for cpu fan.
