Gigabyte R9 290 4gb Windforce Issue HELP!!!

Hi guys,

Don't know if this is the right spot to post this but I am having issues with my r9 290 windforce card. The windforce cooler itself has 3 fans. The one closest to the bracket works fine and so does the middle one, quiet normal rpm under no load, and obviously they are designed to spin faster as things get hotter. but the end one spins at max all the time? Its just started doing this and I have no clue why...i have another card exactly the same and it works flawlessly but this end fan on this one revs as hard as it can all the time...the bearing gets hot as well and the fan will stop working like the bearing overheats?

I have pulled the card out and put it into 2 other pcs and as soon as I switch them on its the same story...

Any help would be appreciated!

Sounds like something has gone wrong with it's PWM circuit or something similar.
My issue is an an MSI card and one Fan (nearest the bracket) doesn't start up until I touch it, this is quite random though, and not every time its used.

So warranty return to gigabyte?

I would think so, all that use is going to kill the fan early, not to mention the noise.
