I have and nothing, I've even tried one stick at a time and trying a different cpu fan to see if it was a signal issue.

So you tries swapping GPU and RAM and nothing. This leaves:

- Reseating CPU and cooler.
- Putting back the old fan you replaced.
- Try another PSU. Your PSU may be dying and doesn't manage to power up everything.
- Take the motherboard out the case, put it on its cardboard box or other non conductive surface, install CPU, cooler, GPU, 1 RAM and try again. To power it up, pass the tips of screwdriver to the power pins where normally the power switch cable of the case goes.

If i had to guess, i give more chances to motherboard being partially dead (all it takes is for a capacitor to die and the district that is interested is affected) , second chance, your PSU is dying.

But it's trial and error as usual.

Thanks everyone, I ended up deciding to just upgrade the rig. It was a bit outdated and the troubleshooting was causing a headache. Seems like it was the mobo since I'm using the GPU I tested with and the same PSU so an upgrade would have been necessary.

Thanks!
