Hey everyone, I've just received my new PSU (Corsair RM 850 gold plus), Ram (Hyper X fury 16gb) and GPU (MSI GTX 970) .I was really happy, got everything setup, I'm using the MSI P67A-G45 Mother board btw .Anyway got everything setup, launched the computer, noticed my previous overclock was reset. I reinstalled windows too. But i'm having a problem. I'm unable to get my previous overclock, when i press save and exit in the bios, the computer just cuts out as if there was a power shortage then starts again and windows is unable to start. Had the BSoD when i tried to stress test it. Also noticed I have to scan the RAM in the bios before windows will start again, other wise it just tries to start in a constant loop and crashes/restarts when I see the windows logo.
I also noticed that CPU Z doesn't show my clock at 4500Ghz like it used to be but at 4498GHZ
Here's a few screen shot of my bios with the overclock (I've set it back to normal for now):

Since the ram are different from my previous ones, I suppose they are affecting the overclock. Has anyone got any idea on what i should do? I've had a stable 4,5Ghz OC for 3 years now.
Cheers
