Oh..that doesn't really make a difference as far as i know though. A usb 3.0 hub is a usb 3.0 hub. And yeah, the RIVBE is the best looking board out there in my opinion. The RVE is great too, but for $100 less for the mobo, $250 cheaper for ram, and $80 cheaper on the 4820K vs 5820K (as long as you don't mind quad of course) it was a no brainer to me. Especially when many highly respected tech people say the RIVBE is the 2nd best (some even say it's the 1st, debating between the RVE) consumer enthusiast motherboard in existance for gaming and OC'ing etc.. Although it's possible that when DDR4 tech gets good enough to offer better than 2800/C15 that it might give an actual real world performance increase since quad channel DDR4 3000mhz at C11 or something would actually be a fair bit faster than the currently available DDR3 3000mhz C12's we got now.

Sorry for my late reply. I can tell you after using this board for over 2 years, I still absolutely love it smile.gif

Corsair 900D Case
Rampage IV Black Edition Mobo
I7-4820K CPU @ 4.6 - 4.8 (depending on silicon lottery of course)
16gb Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR3 2133mhz OC'ed to 2666mhz
EVGA Supernova P2 1000w or Corsair AX1200i PSU (not sure which yet)
2 x Gigabyte GTX970 G1 Gaming edition SLI
2 x 480gb Intel 730 series SSD (RAID 0)

Cooling

2 x EK Coolstream XT480mm Radiators
1 x EK RES X3 250mm Cylinder Reservoir
1 x XSPC D5 Vario Pump
10 x 3/8" x 1/2" Swiftech Lok-seal compression fittings: Matte Black
10 ft - Primochill LRT Advanced clear 3/8" x 1/2" tubing
2 x EK FC970WF3 GPU Waterblocks - Acetal + Nickel
1 x Swiftech Apogee XL CPU Waterblock w/custom ROG logo from performancepcs.com
2 x Mayhem's Pastel Ice White 1L Coolant
1 x Drain Fitting
12 x Corsair SP120 White LED Fans
1 x 3.5g tube of Gelid GC Extreme thermal paste

I just got my RIVBE mobo, expecting the gelid TIM tomorrow, ordered the CPU, Case, and Rads just now, gonna order the res/pump/blocks/tubing/fittings later today. I'll have to stick with my XFX TS 550w PSU and cheapo 8gb A-Data RAM for now till i sell my two Mesa/boogie guitar amps to pay for the RAM/PSU/SSD, then lastly i'll be getting the 2nd GPU when i can afford it. Wanted to go with the 980 hydro copper but i just don't think i would be able to afford 2 of them any time soon and 2 970's looks cooler than 1 980HC even with all the awesmeness that is the 980 hydro copper. Plus i'd get better gaming performance from sli i guess.

Here's the link to my build log, sorry to spam your thread man, just wanted to pay kudos to your great build since i'm using your basic idea/design for my build.

I just wanted to say thank you! Im glad you liked this build I should have checked this thread but I guess I was too busy gaming the last 2 years lol biggrin.gif
