Yes bro mem speed and tights are IMC dependent but using CPU 125 Strap you go further, of course a mice 3300C15 kill this 3333C16 but i don't care system's is amazing smooth thumb.gif

Hi guys, I just purchased these a few weeks ago:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231802

I would like to get more out of them if I can and was hoping for some input for you experts out there. Currently running them using the built in XMP profile, no changes. Running my 5960x on ASUS X99-PRO at 4250Mhz with 125 BCLK. Any input would be great on some nice settings/voltage to get some more out of them :-)

Your modules should have Hynix Chips as well so that guide will help, though you won't be able to run as high/timings as tight due to 8GB sticks vs 4GB sticks.

Thanks, yes I did read thru that, was looking for people that had done some configs on similar setup as mine so I am not starting from scratch.

I ran 4x8GB with Hynix for a brief period, but my sticks were clocked 2800 so doing 3000/3100 Cas16 was an accomplishment for me. I also have the Rampage V which has pre-set RAM configs so I "cheated" a bit.

Was hoping to copy the settings from link below, but due to my 8gb vs. 4gb stick probably not doable?

A few sites have done 4x8GB testing with Hynix-based kits, looking at their results might give you some tips:
http://www.vmodtech.com/th/article/gskill-ripjaws4-f4-2666c15q-32grr-ddr4-2666-c15-32gb-memory-kit-review (in Thai language but you can just look at the screenshots and they list the voltage used)
http://www.ocaholic.ch/modules/smartsection/item.php?itemid=1478
http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?289885-Test-GSkill-F4-2400C15Q-32GRK-3000C12

Your sticks are higher binned than any of those kits, so theoretically you should be able to reproduce their best results with the same/better voltages and/or even clock higher.
