RVE board specifics, but it should give general idea of each ram chip charateristics.

1. What is your CPU cache ratio?
2. I have tried simply just setting 1T and upping the DRAM Voltage (CHA, CHB) (CHC, CHD), is that not a good test to see if it capable of doing that, do the other settings need to be applied in conjunction to prove if 1T is possible?
3. Currently my CPU ratio is at 33 and cache ratio is 24, could this be whats screwing me on the RAM OC?
4. Any other voltages you adjusted when doing your RAM OC?

The best way is to set your cpu and uncore @ default auto settings and all voltages on auto exept dram voltages which will be set in ranges start @ 1.2V

Try up the volts @ certain settings preferably 3000~3100, find voltage sweetspot that will boot up to windows and relatively stable 1T. 4X8GB Hynix should be stable @ relatively low volts of 1.2~1.45V

This is the best I could do, the memory just refuses to do 1T. Getting really frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And this is at DRAM voltage 1.48V and .725 for VTTDDR.

3000 Cas13 for 8GB sticks at around 1.5v doesn't sound that bad. I wouldn't stress much over 1T, that's a lot harder with higher density sticks vs the 4GB sticks people are able to run 3000C11 1T with.

8GB density sticks always has command rate limit, keep them 2T doesn't really matter for daily use. this can be also you board, try maybe a newer BIOS if there is any.
