From your experience, how much higher can I go voltage wise on the DRAM Volts/VTTDDR Volts, I would love to get that 1T since that will give the highest gain (at least on my past rigs it did on older I7 platform, maybe not anymore)? With the tweaks that I did I have shaved off 1:48 off my build time for android. I build android kernels and ROMs that are comprised of about 210,000,000 lines of code with this PC and shaving off that 1:48 was huuuuuuuge! BIOS is already at newest from ASUS website.

Do you guys mess with DIGI+ options in the BIOS (if you guys even have them on the Rampage)? I never touched them until last night and seemed to help by changing the DRAM options like:

DRAM Current Capability, set that to 130% and helped
DRAM Power phase Control, set that to Optimized and Extreme options and seemed to help.

D-sided memory if you are going to run long time stress, 1.55 is ok, be sure to cool memory with a good Fan.
i do after effect projects in my free time, normaly i make profiles, i have 4500 5960X, tight high memory pushed all to the limit profile for rendering after that easy restart and set all underVolt biggrin.gif 2133 C15 and 3.0GHz no turbo biggrin.gif

DIGI+ is also present on ROG board and sure make difference, as you know every mem and CPU has different story.

I use the G.Skill fans that came with my previous memory, looks like the ones from this picutre in the thread:

So hopefully that is good enough for cooling the sticks. I will try upping to 1.55 and see if I can finally get that 1T to work.

Hi all, just started playing with my G-skill 2666mhz kit, still early days, but they don't seem too bad.

What other changes did you make, if I match the stuff you showed in your screen shots my Read/Write/Copy numbers from AIDA64 are only 68k/53k/66k which is miles away from your numbers?

Quick question I wanted to sneak in here:

Are the "Value" modules identical to the Ripjaw modules except for the heat spreader?

Wanted to drop them under water and see how it goes.

I'd assume cache/uncore.

I would say you are correct, being as there is only $10 difference in price.
