Thanks to your collaboration and support via our Customer Support channels and this Live Update blog, we have assembled Patch 3 and are preparing to deploy it on console and PC this week. The rollout itself will begin tomorrow (Wednesday November 26) on PS4 and Xbox One and later this week on PC.

Patch 3 includes over three hundred fixes designed to improve your Assassin's Creed Unity experience. While you might notice some improvements to framerate as a result of Patch 3, we still have a future patch planned to further address framerate concerns.

You can find a detailed list of fixes in our Forums, but here's a quick overview of some of the updates you'll find in Patch 3:

So there is a Patch 4 in the works. At least they are fixing it so i can pay less and get better experience thanks to Alpha testers.

I saw this earlier today. Has there been any news on the tessellation patch yet? Aside from some issues the game is playable now, I'm just looking to continue playing while getting the best experience possible. I think that tessellation inclusion will make a large difference visually, but it won't be enough to warrant coming back to the game after finishing it.

Still waiting for it to be playable based on user reviews. Or else, i'd spend on Witcher and GTA 5

It has the potential to be good. But no it's not
- Game runs terribly. it's not enjoyable
- (this is the most important) the controlls are broken and unresponsive. REALLY annoying.
- Game breaking bugs
etc.

Definitely!!!! The city they've created is wonderful, I simply just couldn't leave it, already spent 50+ hours, and still in progress with maxing, and that's include almost all of the coop missions yet. I'm only done with the (mediocre) story and a handful of side quests and collectibles, 55-60% maybe. But it is all about the CITY!!! Too bad for the technical issues tough.... this one easily could have been GOTY, and still is a strong contender at least for me.

How sad has the gaming community become if we have to ask `but if the game had no bugs, is it good?`. No amount of patching and fixing will make me buy UBISOFT games. This should have been released with Patch 9 included and not be given broken the way it was. People accept being shafted everytime and then `but they will fix it`. I guess paying to beta test nowadays is a way to work with UBISOFT.

I have no tehnical issues and it's a decent game at best. Poor combat system, poor AI, shallow story, lack of intricate and involved quests and side quests. Good graphics, good voice acting. This would never be a GOTY.

Tell me a game with great AI plz. I have the feeling that peeked with F.E.A.R. and even the sequel was a downgrade... It's always the same guard sees you mass murder everybody, then 2 mins later concludes he must have dreamt it lol...
Combat is not bad either.

As far as stealth games go Thief and Hitman have enemies with AI much better than AC. Combat is the same thing as before. Press X to strike and B to counter(which I thought they had removed) and you're still nearly invincible.

They obviously released it for the rebel kids who ''make their own rules'' and ''live their own life'' . They need to feel invincible afterall.

#25 ·
so it's the patch that should have been there before launch then?

Early access games are getting too mainstream, are they not?
