Can't decide if I want to buy a new TV or not :(

So with Black Friday just a couple days away, I've been toying with the idea of buying a new TV.

~5 years ago I bought one of the first 120Hz 1080p TV's, a Philips 47PFL6704D/F7 which has served me well. Heck, it's still working just fine, but I've got bitten by a bug that's making me want to buy something new, and bigger.

It's for my living room, which is pretty dim for a living room (only two windows, on either side of the tv, but the sun sets on the opposite side of the house which is when we watch TV mostly, and also there is plenty of tree coverage at the back side of the house). The couch is about 11 feet away, so I have the opportunity to go bigger than if it was only a 7-8 foot room, so I'm thinking 60-65".
I'm not crazy over 4k, as I just don't think I will notice a big difference from 11 feet on a 60" HD vs a 60" UHD. Up close, I sure can notice a difference, but this is irrelevant in my living room. 3D I wouldn't use, so don't care for it. I have a Sony soundbar and sub that does great, so builtin speakers are also irrelevant. However, I've been thinking about getting a SONOS PLAYBAR, SUB, and 2 PLAY:1 speakers so having 5.1 Dolby Digital on the optical output is a huge plus (almost a requirement).

Budget-wise, I'd like to stay under $999, but can stretch to ~$1,300 if the tv meets all my needs.

Here are the TV's I've been looking at (in no particular order):
Vizio 55" P-Class (~$1300 - 4K)
Vizio 60" M-Class (~$999)
Sony 60" KDL-W850B (~$1400)
LG 60" 60LB6300 (~$980)
Samsung 60" UN60H6350AFXZA (~$999)

I'd prefer to pick something up locally, say Best Buy or Wal-Mart. Anyone have any recommendations based on the above? Any other models I should be looking at? If you were me, would you just hold out with my Philips TV until something better came along (say 60" OLED's were in the ~$1200 range)?

Most "experts" recommend waiting until just before Superbowl. Big screen TVs usually have the best prices. I'm considering graduating from a 32" to a 42" or 46" then.
