I'm building a rig with dual Nvidia cards in a 5-slot case so I wanted to be able to put the second card in the bottom slot for better airflow so that ruled out both ASRock boards. They're only PCIe 2.0 x4 in the bottom slot.
For the money the ASRocks offer lots of features, the Gigabyte looks good on paper but it's not out yet.
Both approved by Tom's, I guess it just depends on what your budget is and whether the boards are available. But I heard that the EVGA board is hard to get?
