Is it worth it to upgrade my 24" to this 24"?

It is faster, but it sucks, along with the majority of the 24" 144hz monitors. Read this post (I'm NCX and I reivewed the VG248QE last year) and this one (contains review links for the BenQ's about to be mentioned). The BenQ XL2420Z and XL2430T are the only halfway decent and affordable 24" 144hz monitors. Your H233H has better colour presets (review) than the VG248QE and does not suffer from PWM issues since it is CCFL back-lit.

it's cool, I would like a 1440 but don't have the money right now,
I must say though that 1080 looks very good on my 27" but I have
seen some that don't so your right. maybe it depends on brand also,
not to sure though. smile.gif
