Did an Unigine's Valley which stuttered also, HL2 LC test, same thing, time to RMA the card?

(btw its not like stuttering constantly, fps drops for a sec, then ok for a couple of seconds, then stutters again, then ok for a few secs, and on and on....)

That's not the motherboard I saw in the post.

The card is bad. Return it.

Just checked, still the same, that only leave my SSD, could anything be wrong with that? Geuss my CPU i still rock solid, RAM dunno if that could me faulty. If CPU and RAM would be the case, then i would have noticed with my HD 6670, same goes for my ssd right?

Not too much else left to blame except for the GPU, mate.
Try a different power cable maybe?

Done, no difference, installed old GPU, and now i am getting frustrated, now i have stuttering with the HD 6670. Tomorrow gonna do a CPU, RAM and SSD swap to check everything, MOBO and PSU is new, GPU is new, did clean OS install, and now everything is fubar. and the hard part is that with my water cooling swapping out components in a small case is a nightmare. *SIGH*

If your 6670 is now having the same issues, I'm out of ideas.

Did a clean install again with almost no drivers except for steam, catalyst drivers and a WLAN driver. Runing my R9 290 smoothly. going to install every program and driver 1 for 1 and keep testing until i find the cause of it.

Is there a way to test an SSD for its functionality?

If you changed the GPU even to another AMD one without reinstalling the drivers, then that's your problem.

Ire-installed them every time i swapped them.

Guys i think if found the cause!! It's probably HWinfo64 which i use for the sensors in Aquasuite. During gaming i shut down 1 for 1 as before install gaming was fine and after it stuttered like hell. gaming is smooth, got good FPS so i think this 1 is solved. Gonna do some bench test and will report back
