Sorry to hear about your block. It has me a little worried since I have a v1 as well.
Anyway, thought you guys would like to see what I've done with mine.

How can I tell if I have the rev 1 or 2 block? I ordered mine in April of this year.

Check the pump cable(The 3pin fan header thingy). If its short and has heatshrink on it, its rev 1. If its braided and long, its Rev 2.

Ah, I have a Rev 2 then! Unfortunately my pump has started making a buzzing/grinding noise. Is that something Raijintek would entertain? I hate to be a bother though.
How is the water levels? could be low water levels affecting pump inlets. I don't think you'd really bother them much if you just flip them an email. Could be a rare issue.

Water levels are fine, and I've shaken the crap out of it so I don't think it's a bubble. Sounds a little bit like a tapping noise.

Don't be afraid to get in touch with Raijintek, facebook response is nothing short of excellent
they are keen to make a name for themselves.

** SUNDAY NIGHT EDIT **
well it got my GPU, which is now unstable under load frown.gif

** Monday Night Edit**

Well I was wrong, after applying some science to the problem and testing the GPU in another machine
it turns out the GPU is fine, and after installing it in my machine again it is still fine.
Must have been badly seated when I was redoing the cooler, that is the only thing I can think caused it.

anyway happy and my new Rev2 block is on it's way, my new XSPC Fluid has arrived too, so I can flush out the old one and build the new block on , missing my WC and OC smile.gif

Looks like we got a 140,280, and a 360 edition coming out. All on the same pump too. I find it funny how they're saying its "new" for the pump and microchannels since they're the exact same thing in the 240 ver. and for your reference (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14F_6NNEN9Y) heres the ad for our 240s
