I'd contact Raijintek for that. Never had that happen before. Better be safe than sorry with these things

Hello all,

I am getting the Triton 240 and want to replace the stock radiator with a thicker one.

According to the specs the origal tubes is ID - 9.5 mm – / OD – 12.5mm..

So my question is .. will that tubing fit on a new fitting like Bitspower - G¼ - ½" (13mm)?

Any help is much appreciated smile.gif

Thanks,

The tubing with the triton is thinner than the standard 1/4 stuff, an adapter will probably be needed. or new tubing and fittings on the block too?

I wasn't planning on changing the fittings on the block..maybe the tubing (which would requice adapters in both ends) . I've read about the block cracking when people try to replace them ect. An adapter sounds good, but i can't seem to find any adapters that goes from 9.5mm ID to 10mm ID..

Any ideas as to who makes an adapter like that.. if any?

I just received my new Raijintek Triton 360 Water Cooling System - Green color. It appears right out of the box that there is already fungus growing in the system. Has anyone out there found the same issue with their system? Also, I read that I could possibly swap out the liquid that Raijintek puts in the system with standard green automotive antifreeze and a little distilled water. Any comments on that as a possible solution to the problem? Lastly, the tubing seems to be a bit short. Has anyone out there disconnected the standard tubing that comes with the system and added longer tubing? It appears in the pics that the tubing is much longer in some of the cases that I am seeing here online. Comments? Open to as many answers to my issue and possible solutions to the fungus. Thanks!

Hi Ottoman44
I would contact the seller, that doesn't sound right at all, Raijintek's coolant is the standard stuff with Ethylene Glycol so fungus should not happen, has the seller refilled the unit?

Normally they come with clear coolant and 3 dye's so you get to choose the colour. I have a feeling it might not be a proper brand new unit.
