I need help in choosing the correct motherboard

Hello, i need help with choosing a motherboard which is compatible with all my components

Details about my current components can be found here:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=uk&lc=en&docname=c03378743#N1234

The only difference is that
1) i now have 12 GB of DDR3 RAM (4 slots occupied)
2) i have a ASUS GTX 970 STRIX
3) new case : Enermax Ostrog ECA 3253 (link provided below)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811124150

The motherboard should be compatible with all components and should be ATX( not micro-atx) and should have USB 3 support, budget is $180/ 11000 Indian rupees

Also, i have been recommended the AS Rock z77 Extreme3 ATX LGA 115, and it seems to be an excellent choice, but im having difficulty finding it in New Delhi, so im looking for other options as well.

Thanks in advance smile.gif
Sorry if i have made any mistakes in posting, this is my first time

The HP OEM Windows 7 operating system on your current hard drive might have a issue with swapping out the motherboard.
Pre-installed Windows OS (OEM) only allows so much hardware change.
