I have a dell inspiron 15 3521 laptop with these specifications:

Processor: Intel core i5 3337u (1.8ghz up to 2.7ghz)
Dedicated video card: amd Radeon HD 8730m (2ghz)
Ram: 4gb 1600mhz

So, how can I overclock my video card ??

Do you have a manner in which to monitor temperatures in-game?

I think it won't be difficult, I can use FurMark or any other program. What exactly do you want me to do ?

You wouldnt use Furmark to watch your temperatures while gaming. Download MSi Afterburner:

http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/download.htm

Install, and make it start at bootup.

I already tried it, but I couldn't adjust the sliders in it over the standard limits.
any suggestions?

Try going into setting and enabling unofficial overclocking/etc.

If that doesnt work, all I've found is using AMD's PowerTune software.
