There should be places you can go to get things like that manufactured obviously cost lil more but if you can get it made it'd be one of a kind.

4K 120 Hz DP 1.3, 4:4:4 pulsed OLED curved ~32" is my holy grail.
My holy grail is the VPixx PROPixx.
I'd also really like some monitor manufacturers to try to get some 200+Hz monitors built.

Where and how much is a lil more? I've heard of small production TVs being made that end up sell for over $100K USD, granted those are usually over 80".

Yeah that'd be crazy pricey but if manufacturer's listened to Enthusiasts wed be decades ahead in monitor tech we know what we want and what features we require but sadly this rolls out at there pace with what they think we want need.

I don't think 1440P is even close to the low end of these days, but just now becoming completely viable on a single GPU. Which I think is a huge deal for a lot of people, as many simply won't fuss with or afford dual GPU configurations. I think 2015 with be a big year for 1440P adoption, and by 2016 it will be close to standard. I wouldn't consider 1440P low end until we get into single GPU 4K 60 Hz+ gaming.

But I am blind as a bat, so what do I know, ol' Eagle Eyes!?

EDIT:

Oh, and I think you know my Holy Grail display - CRT (or a panel that exactly duplicates biggrin.gif ) 144 Hz, 1440P+, 27".

I love the real estate of 1440p, and the 27" screen size but i also love my 144hz 1080p panel. If that TN panel one gets good reviews, that baby's all mine.

I actually want ~20-24" 1440p-4k. My current monitor has trash ppi (~92.. aliasing is awful everywhere unless i spend way too much on 4-8x MSAA or rendering at 4k to downsample anyway) and upgrading to a ~109ppi 27" 1440p (iirc) isn't so appealing.

4k 22" would be ~200ppi. Upgrading from 92ppi to 109ppi.. or to 200ppi? Pretty easy question if you ask me. I'm one of those people that doesn't particularly care about monitor size though - if i sit 2 feet from the thing, why does it need to be more than 22"? I already have a game that i have to play in a window because my 24" monitor is too big as this viewing distance and it'd be a competitive disadvantage otherwise.

In the Nvidia Homepage it Staates that the Acer 1440p Gsync IPS Monitor will have a 4ms g to g response time, so not 1ms.
Hmm, is this panel still better than Asus' TN ROG....
