Working on a silent Audio/light gaming build- Advice Requested - Page 2

Given your stated use, non-multi threaded software and budget I would be tempted to consider an i3. The 4360 is clocked at a nice high 3.7GHz for example and the low TDP would make it easy to cool quietly. For gaming with a 750Ti I think it would be a pretty good match as well.

I considered the 750Ti for my build and was tempted by the Asus Strix model due to the so called 0dB mode when not under load. In the end I went R9-270x to get more performance for the same price but obviously that loses out on power efficiency.

I was thinking in the fanless version too but if you can't get it any other mid-range card would do same noise.
These type of chip aren't heavy so it could turn under low rpm.
And for this price you could have some R7 270 I thought.

The sugo is a good box but maybe with an all fanless environment it could become warm.
But if you consider de AP 181 (caution under 40% or less if you realy want silence !) yes it's possible. (don't know about temp)

I just find that if you want this case:

Juste the first reflex when you want something. thumb.gif
I think Sg09 and Sg10 are pretty similars

If russian don't afraid you:

But the Macho, isn't too much for just a little i5 ?
