D5 will be quieter, I will give them that (270 Photon D5 Vario is extremely quiet, I picked the DDC 18w version due to the flow rate (Combined with the EK machined top) it moved a ton of fluid, and for the Rads and blocks I was going to use, That was the choice. Not to mention I used a DDC in my Brother Parvum and it works excellent as well. thumb.gif

TCO
How's the noise compared to the D5? Is it that much louder?

10/10 biggrin.gif. After how long this log was and all the things you went through with the fittings and the motherboard, you should be extremely pleased with your build thumb.gifthumb.gif

Excellent job on the build, too bad the division got pushed back until 2016 now. I'm hoping you can figure out what's making your orange change colors on you. Hopefully you can get it brighter so it isn't as washed out by the green. Once you get that all straightened out it will be even more outstanding. thumb.gif

The pumps are a very minimal noise, but you can hear a hum at 100$ unlike the D5 which is (To Me) Inaudible.

I either will add more orange today and see if that works, or we will switch coolants altogether. thumb.gif I think the build is coming along fantastic smile.gif

Thanks for the Cables Mate! They compliment "The Division" So much! That green colour is so wicked and matches perfect with the Green Pastel (Just like you said mate smile.gif )

The Cautious One.

The New Nvidia driver for the witcher 3 crashed last night while I was playing at stock speeds on the processor and whatnot (No overclock on the card either) I hope they can work something out and I didn't lose the hour of progress I have made, although it was nice to figure out how to fight again in the turtorials.

PPCS said I can custom order an SMA8 through them. I'm going to do so around November or December. I think today I'm going to pick up an AX1200i, as I can get one for $248.99. Too bad it won't fit in my current 750D case. I'll use my 4780k and Vi hero for a few months, then possibly upgrade to a 5930k (even though I'm just gaming).

Edit* oh snap. Sorry TCO. Though this was the CL owners club.

I'm planning on going dual loop, mainly because I want whisper quiet and cool Titans. I looked at the S8, but I don like when the mobo is horizontal. I like the vertical mobo trays. I thought about the SM8 with a pedestal, but it's the same price as the SMA8. Now of course the SMA8 is too big for my desk, but I'll find a way to get around it smile.gif

Edit* oops. Though this was the CL owners club thread. My bad thumb.gif
