I could but the point is the increase cost of the i5 leaves less money for a gpu in budget builds.
Well i want that info about the i5 280x vs 8320 290 too.

Do all the 8320 290 vs 4670k 280x then add in a few with same gpu on each. Its all very good info.

Fraps will work for all games just not mantel unless its an update i dnt know about.

I was wrong about the 64bit thing. Its mantle that wont work.

Are you running the gpus stock clocks?

Will have the following up shortly

Batman Arkham Origins
Bioshock Infinite
Dirt 3
Grid 2
Metro 2033
Saint's Row IV
Sleeping Dogs (I think it has in game bench)
Thief

Surpising OpenGL in Cinebench (the 280x killed the 290)

This is probably all I will do since there doesn't seem to be much interest.

I wonder what's behind that opengl score, somehow tied to single core performance? The percentage of difference is very similar, that's what makes me wonder.
Good job with the benches, thank you !

Gaming benchmarks are up. As expected the 8350 (8320) + 290 is both cheaper and faster than the i5 + 280x
