EVGA 110-B2-0850-V1 850W Question?

Well I know this EVGA 850 B2 is made Super Flower. I know that my Antec HCG- 900 watts (Delta made) is about the same 12v watt as the EVGA 850 B2 and my Antec can easily handle this rig. My Antec 12v watt is 850 and EVGA is 840.
Here is my question.
EVGA 850 B2 should easily handle this rig or should I go with a higher watt PSU?
I will only get Super Flower, Seasonic and Delta made PSU.

Spec on the rig
CPU : FX-8320E Around 4.7-5.0ghz
CPU Cooler : Corsair H100 w/ stock fans
Mobo : AsRock Fatal1ty 990FX Professional
Video Card : HD5970 2gb
Ram : G.Skill 8 gb DDR3 1600 9-9-9-24 1.5v
Rom : Stat DVD burner
HDD : 1 SSD, 1 1 TB WB green and 1 250gb Seagate
Fans : 3 case mid speed
USB : 1 Bluetooth and 2 Xbox controllers

Yes, it will handle no problems. By the way 850W is way overkill for that setup, you can use 500W with that unless you will crossfire cards and overclock that cpu heavily.

500-550w would be enough. you're fine.

I'm not sure if he is planning on CF or SLI in the future, so I get a strong PSU just in case he does. The PSU is for my friend. But he is planning on ocing the hell out of the FX-8320E.

EDIT
So I know the HD5970 is around 300 watts and FX-8*** at 5.0ghz is around 250-300 watts. That leaves around 200-250 watts left just in case he adds more stuff to his rig. This is my thought on this PSU.

the 5970 consumes around 230-240 watts on average. it's less than the gtx480, gtx580, Titan, R9 290 etc.

Sorry I meant max of 300 watts. Full load on a HD5970 is a little over 300 watts. I look at stuff at full load to I can be safe on a PSU.
