Would you use bulky battery?

I've heard of some huge extended batteries, but is anyone really using them at this point? Don’t you think they were too bulky to carry?
I am always try to keep my Note 4 minimum and would rather carry spare batteries.

I use a 3200mah battery case for my m7 for the first half of the day and when it's out of juice I just throw it in the bag.

Though replacement batteries are far more convenient in my opinion.

My case was 15 dollars though
