Two questions how in the world do you take screenshots and secondly is there any good places they have wallpapers specifically for phone as most just don't fit properly or you have to crop them which loses half the picture?

Pull up the screen you want to capture. ...

Press the power and home buttons at the same time. The power button is on the right edge of your S5 (when the phone's facing you) while the Home button is below the display. ...

Go to Gallery to find your screenshot. ...
Tap the Screenshots folder.

As for wallpapers you could always try another launcher and force the image I believe, or try your hand at wallpapers in the play store. Personally I like the live tiles and sync to my battery level.

I believe the two popular choices are Nova launcher and GO Launcher. I used go launcher when I had my evo 3d but I have only used Nova with my m7 and haven't been interested in going back.

Go has a lot of third party plug-ins though I believe. I stick with what has worked for me personally though.

I'm going to give Apex Pro a go and see what that's all about, have a feeling its time for a change. I do miss my old note though just not enough space on the S5 screen wise.

You should be able to find proper backgrounds if you search google images then click search tools > size > exactly then either 1080x1920 or 1920x1080 depending on which way you want the image to span. For most cases I would pick 1080x1920 because it will display the image for holding your phone upright instead of sideways. LINK

I believe he's trying to put pictures he already has or has taken.

After all, the megapixels are larger on the camera than that of the screen often resulting in shoddy crops of the image to be used for a wallpaper.

Try resizing your current picture as well

Thanks, it was a bit of both really, found Apex launcher lets me set the way pictures are set as a background and Photoshop express can edit them if required. I'm on the home run, just looking for cool widgets now and applications through the playstore and any addictive games.
