OC AMD-8150 Crash in Shogun 2

Hi

I Have my AMD 8150 overclocked to 4.4 ghz for about a year now.
At 4.4Ghz Prime95 runs smooth so does Cinebench 64bit, and the latest 3DMARK.
Temps are at highest 61-62C when running these tests.
When I am running games it goes from 42-58C, depending wich game i run.
I can play All the games without any problems with this overclock, only Shogun 2 freezes when opening the game. I get the freeze when the logo is about to show up.
If I clock it down to 4.2Ghz then I can play shogun 2 without any problem. I have now upgraded to 850W supply. I have been testing new voltages but the problem is still there, 4.3ghz+ just wont work with shogun 2. I play much more demanding games without any problems. Can this be something with the game ? or is it me..

Might be RAM/IMC(CPU-NB) destabilizing slightly with higher core frequency and shogun 2 does something fancy with the ram? Just a guess, though.
