Not sure if these would work for you on the USB ports... 90 degree adaptors?

Agreed. I left mine out too as it was just too bulky. I covered the USB holes with a cut down PCI slot cover.

Ye done many searches and no luck on finding anything to replace that bulky usb thing so i have order some more vandal switches low profile and will use them for lighting switch. Just have to drill holes a little and should fit in good. smile.gif

Thanks for your help here. Ye have decided that i am going to leave them out. I have two more switches i am going to install into there place for other functions. Plus the lighting from the switch will make it look good to smile.gif

Thanks again.

Ok as i have done work a few months ago to the mobo and installed all its blocks i have decided to change them out to these. What you think about them??

There will be allot of new progress happening to the build now that most parts are here. I just have to order some cables and then it will all come together. At the moment i am work on the routing of lighting and cable. A crappy job but has to be done before hand. I don't like cable's hanging around the less i see them the better. Want to get this system up and running now smile.gif

I personally like both set ups but for this build i want to try something different and have never had a mono block. So here we go.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

The Rampage V Extreme Monoblock --- EK-FB ASUS R5E Monoblock

I tried to polish the monoblock as much as i could. I just didnt want to take this block apart. I am affraid of what happened to my last block for my GPU it just never came back together again. So with this block i worked as much as i could on the side edges. The top of the block is super clear from factory.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

So what you guys think of this Super baby biggrin.gif

I prefer the look of the individual blocks myself,
But.......
I'm sure I will like the mono-block more in the end because of the simplified tubing runs thumb.gif

Thats going to look good with some coolant running through it

I know what you mean. I like the look on the Evo. but in the end when i looked at everything that's going into the build i thought the monblock would fit perfect. Also the main part was to get away from to many busyness around the center part and have more liquid showed and much more easy routing with tubing.

Ye cant wait to start getting some fluid into them smile.gif

I like both the separate blocks and the monoblock. Just different. I think the big advantage is only needing two fittings instead of six. For sure will clean up the middle of the board for you.

Coming together nicely BazG thumb.gif

Are the mono fitting made per board or are they universal?
