The point is that this seems to be part of a growing trend where these companies don't give a damn about PC gamers by giving us the buggy delayed "left-overs" whnever they please.
It takes 18 months to release a PC version after you already made over 1 billion dollars from the damn game?! Come on....PC gamers aren't a priority anymore....so why should they deserve out money?
Please tell us more about how buggy GTA V is. I'm sure you have lots of hours of gameplay on PC.

DirectX 10 is required but it will have DirectX 11 in the graphics options. Just like L.A. Noire and Max Payne 3.

There were leaks a few weeks ago saying that it's already running at 60 fps. They didn't cap Max Payne 3 is 30 fps, so why would they cap GTA V (same developers, game engine and physics engine as MP3) to 30 fps?

That's not how marketing works.
And "because that's what game publishers do" or talking about Far Cry 3/watch dogs isn't proof.
Some publishers do that, but Rockstar has never done that.

I dont know how they went over 50GB considering blu-ray capacity...this must have PC exclusive even higher texture than X1/PS4 versions?
It's going to be a 65GB install, but the download/size on disk is most likely going to be 40-45GB.
