Suggestion for best X99 2011-v3 motherboard under $300

The title says it all. Don't know what to get. I'm only planning on using one video card and 5820 CPU. Would like to overclock my old 7970 card until I buy something new. Maybe would like to overclock the CPU as well, if games would benefit from higher than stock Ghz clock frequency.
The mobos all seem similar in terms of functions. Maybe someone can suggest what's better in terms of reliability/quality/BIOS/updates/integrated audio/support/overclockability/exclusive features or anything else worthy.
GIGABYTE GA-X99-UD4 ($275) or GIGABYTE GA-X99-UD3 ($270) I didn't see a difference except for 4 vs 8 ram slots.
MSI X99S SLI Plus ($245) or MSI X99S MPOWER ($300)
ASRock X99 Extreme3 ($245) or ASRock X99 Extreme4 ($250) not sure what's the difference.

I like MSI X99 SLI plus the best for its completely black design so this is where I'm leaning right now. On my previous board I also had the error indicator that I could see through the window of my case and it just showed CPU temperature if there were no errors. I heard that was more reliable than temps through software. I know MSI X99S MPOWER has that option but I don't know if $50 is worth it. I don't usually have any problems with bios and even if I did, I'm sure I'd be able to decipher it with beep codes.

I could really use some help to decide! thumb.gif

Where do you live? The MSI x99s is 215.00 on newegg right now. Im also debating what mobo to buy, its hard to justify spending 60 bucks more on the asus x99-a over the MSI. (my prices at local microcenter). Only "negative" ive seen about the MSI is only the top two full size PCI slots allow 16x16 operation for SLI, so your cards will be sandwiched together (not a huge issue for reference design vid cards since they get airflow from the ends of the cards).

For me the MSI makes sense, but im still gonna do a bit of research like you before i pull the trigger.

I live in Canada so I was quoting prices from newegg.ca
Another option that I would love to have is integrated wifi, but those motherboard are too expensive. MSI SLI Plus seems to be a solid board, I guess it will be my choice.
