edited it out? heroengine was used for mock-ups, apparently.

(it was built on heroengine when myself and my friends took any interest in the game, which is probably saying something itself)

Given its graphical representation of anything in virtual 3D space, mockups are well suited for it abilities.

I'd assume plenty of game dev engines are suited to representing 3d objects

10 streams live on twitch atm. holy hype game is thriving

Of course it is. What amount of subjective content that people felt the devs got wrong or whatever isn't going to deter others from streaming or otherwise enjoying the game.

If it truly goes free 2 play, ill give it a try.

I predicted this was going to happen.

Paying full price for a game AND paying a monthly fee for it? The only people who would do that are diehard fans, and Zenimax could easily have been using them as a big beta test (and to recover their development budget) before switching the game over to f2p for mass market appeal.

Some say that ESO marketing strategy was a ploy. They'd release it with subs for 'x' amount of months to establish some profit to get the game up and running. Followed by an inevitable F2P stunt to keep people "interested".

Surprised it took this long... Thought it would go full F2P by the end of 2014.

Same, the game had all the right elements to be the next wow but it lacked a soul. You could really tell it was made by people who dont play mmorpgs but were good at making video games.
Frankly with Black Desert coming I'd give up too, lol.
